Shipping and returns

 Shipping:

All orders are shipped from the Cook Islands to residential or commercial addresses.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped and this will contain your tracking number.

Processing:

1) Online consultation: We will contact you within one day in order to convene of a date and time acceptable to both parties for the online consultation which will take place on ZOOM.

2) Bespoke products: Your product is handcrafted and depending on its nature this may take between 1 and 4 working days to create. We will inform you by email soon as it is ready to be shipped.

We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

  • Due to the present Covid-19 pandemic there are delays in shipping times that are beyond our control.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be also be delays in our usual processing times.

If in either case, if your order is going to be significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know.

Shipping charges

These will be calculated at checkout for your approval.

Please note: All deliveries are ‘signature required’. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes

Overseas Orders:

For these we use an international courrier service, DHL, in order to ensure fast, effective delivery and a safe, tracked service.

Free shipping may be available depending on the value of your order. The retail price of the product/s in your order must be shown on the consignment note of your parcel (CK regulations). We are unable to declare an incorrect price for products, or mark your parcel as a gift. All prices for products on the website are inclusive of VAT. Sales to customers outside of the Cook Islands will be exempt from the payment of VAT but may be subject to the payment of taxes or charges in their own country. Manongi is not responsible for the payment of these. Any fees imposed during or after shipping your order (international tariffs, taxes etc) will be your responsibility.

NB: Manongi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If it is the fault of the carrier you will need to contact them directly to file a claim (save all packaging materials and damaged goods).

Returns and refunds

We take to heart that you are completely happy with your purchase. Which is why we offer a 100% money back guarantee, provided you are able to return the product to us, in perfect, resale-able condition, within 7 days.

For faulty products or incorrect orders: we endeavour to provide products in perfect condition and accept full responsibility for products received in faulty condition.

Domestic customers - we will provide a refund for a product being faulty or as a result of an error made by us (such as an incorrect item being delivered). Please contact us to arrange this at info@manongi.com.

International customers – please contact us so we can arrange a resolution for you.

Changes to labels and packaging

While we endeavour to ensure the product images on our website are representative of the stocked item you receive, we cannot take responsibility for any packaging updates or changes that are not yet showing on our website.

Cancelling orders

We can cancel and refund a submitted order for you as long as it has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to prevent the dispatch of your order. The purchase balance for the cancelled item(s) will be refunded to the same payment method used to place your order. If you have paid with Internet Banking please provide us with your bank account details so the funds can be refunded back into your account.

International regulations and restrictions

customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some of the products we sell via this website may be prohibited for importation into certain countries. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we endeavour to make note of this on the product detail page.

It’s your responsibility to ensure that any goods you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country.

Manongi and it’s parent entity Bed rock Ltd. do not accept liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.

If your order is returned to us due to banned/restricted products, a wrong address or refusal to pay fees, we will issue you a refund for products that are returned to us in resalable condition. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges and for any additional custom fees for your returned package. Those charges will be deducted from your order total and the remaining balance is the amount that will be refunded.
