  • Yes, We offer two types of consultations:

    1.In person consultations* for clients seeking personalised products made to suit their needs. After creating custom blends for our clients, we offer guidance on proper use and follow-up consultations to ensure effectivenes

    2.Signature product development for spas, hotels, and businesses. We provide expert guidance in creating bespoke aromatherapy product lines that align with their brand and meet client needs

  • Yes, we do. We can arrange a consultation either through Messenger or Zoom. Submit the request through the booking form, and we will get back to you with a selection of dates and times.

  • Because we are a very small country, in Cook Islands we are unable to access payment gateways like paypal or Stripe.

    Instead of the regular shopping cart you will be adding the products you wish to purchase to an “Order Request” form which once completed and validated will be sent to us.

    On receiving your order, we will send confirmation of your products and, for overseas customers, shipping options and costs.

    When you confirm your order, we will send you an invoice with a Pay-by-Link. You will be able to process your payment on a secure online payment portal hosted by BCI (Bank of the Cook Islands).

  • Yes, if you need to update or add products or information to your submitted form, please email us with the necessary changes: info@manongi.com

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) and other secure payment options, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

    Local and overseas visitors can also pay us through Smartie .

  • MANONGI handles your order immediately. Because of the bespoke nature, certain products may be formulated specifically for you with a lead time of 3 to 7 working days.

    For larger quantities of certain or rare ingredients sourced internationally, there may be a delay of up to 3 weeks. If this occurs, we’ll let you know the expected timeframe—please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

    Freight costs are automatically calculated based on the actual gross weight of your box (products + packaging) and will be included in your quote.

    2- OUTER ISLANDS

    We can arrange shipping through Air Rarotonga Freight Services. The cost will be provided in a quote.

     

  • MANONGI delivers in the COOK ISLANDS, NEW ZEALAND and AUSTRALIA. The cost will be provided in your quote.

    Contact us if you are from another destination, and we will provide you with a quotation of the shipping costs.

  • A tracking number is assigned to every shipping. It will be sent to you by mail, the day of shipping. You can track your parcel here:

  • All our shipments are made with registered Cook Islands Express Postage. However, should your order not be delivered within a minimum delay of 15 days after receipt of our confirmation email, please advise us in order to allow us to get further information from the concerned carrier.

    These researches may last from 5 to 10 days.

  • Yes, we use high-quality, organic ingredients and prioritize safety in all formulations.

    For any request about details about our products or the ingredients used in our products or for any technical question, please send an email to info@manongi.com.

  • There are 3 different cases:


    Case 1: The order has not yet been prepared. We refund the order in its entirety.


    Case 2: The order has been prepared but not shipped: you lose 5% of the order amount (excluding taxes and freight costs).


    Case 3: The order has left MANONGI and no refund will be accepted.
    Upon receipt of your order, you have a 15 days period to return the order (on your charge), with the exception of bespoke preparations made specially for you, that cannot be refunded .

  • IIf the received product does not meet your expectations. You can send it back to us in its original packaging, in a perfect condition, within the 10 days agreed period starting from the day of receipt.

    We agree to refund it within 15 days after its receipt by us and according to the following terms and conditions:

    1.      The box is returned without having been opened, we refund the price of the order except the hydrosols (due to their fragility) and the freight costs.

    2.     The box is returned on your own decision, we refund the price of the product, but the freight costs remain on your charge.

    3.     The product is returned because non-compliant, we refund the product, and the various freight costs.

    4.     In case of leak during transportation, you have to send us a picture of the concerned product, and we will refund the price of the lost product.
