Kia Orana! I’m Sylvie

I practice aromatherapy in the Cook Islands. My husband is a stone carver. We have two beloved cats, Missy and Mista, and an adorable dog, Chappie.

Rarotonga is my home and inspiration. Each morning, I wake to the gentle sounds and breezes carrying tropical blooms. This daily connection with nature influences all I do. The island's special microclimate offers wonderful growing conditions for many healing plants. This welcoming environment enables me to nurture and wild-harvest unique botanical ingredients, which form the heart of my aromatic creations.

I believe that genuine wellness blossoms from the warm, harmonious bond between people and plants. My passion is all about nurturing that special connection through carefully crafted aromatic formulations that celebrate both the scientific benefits of plants and their gentle, energetic qualities.

Every product I create is small-batch, personally overseen from plant to bottle. This hands-on approach allows me to maintain exceptional quality while adapting formulations to the seasonal variations in plant material.

Through my skills, my role in life has always been to facilitate and honour each person's unique process on their journey towards creating balance, whether physical, emotional or spiritual.

My philosophy is to acknowledge the uniqueness of each client and offer a holistic, person-centred approach.

When you use one of my aromatic creations, you're experiencing more than just a pleasant scent or temporary sensation. You're connecting with the living essence of Rarotongaβ€”its volcanic soil, pristine rainwater, salt-kissed air, and generations of plant wisdom.

I offer individualised aromatic consultations that take into account personal needs and preferences to ensure that aromatic products offer the most effective use of essential oils to enhance well-being.

I also provide aromatic consultancy services to offer guidance and formulation services for creating personalised products and signature formulations for spas and businesses.
